What is refundable?

Please keep in mind, we make many purchases and deposits for attractions and hotels in advance of the tour. All money paid to ThrillCoaster Tours will be refunded in the following way:
  • Until January 1, full amount paid will be refunded
  • Until April 1st, tour amount less 1/3 of total trip amount will be returned to you
  • Between April 1st and May 1st, tour amount less 2/3 of entire trip costs will be returned to you
  • After May 1st, 25% will be credited towards a future trip with ThrillCoaster Tours, but no cash will be refunded.
  • After June 1st, no refunds will be given or credited (we recommend you take out travmark insurance - which must be taken out a few months before trip, see below)
  • If trips need to be changed (switch trip choices) an additional fee may be charged, depending on the trip expenses.

Trip Cancellation Insurance

The Company has made a trip cancellation insurance policy available to purchase separately.
