Please keep in mind, we make many purchases and deposits for attractions and hotels in advance of the tour. All money paid to ThrillCoaster Tours will be refunded in the following way:
- Until January 1, full amount paid will be refunded
- Until April 1st, tour amount less 1⁄3 of total trip amount will be returned to you
- Between April 1st and May 1, tour amount less 2⁄3 of entire trip costs will be returned to you
- After May 1, 25% will be credited towards a future trip with ThrillCoaster Tours, but no cash will be refunded.
- After June 1, no refunds will be given or credited (we recommend you take out travmark insurance — which must be taken out a few months before trip, see below)
- If trips need to be changed (switch trip choices) an additional fee may be charged, depending on the trip expenses.
After submission of the registration form, a representative from ThrillCoaster Tours will schedule a brief meeting to welcome you to the tour, and to go over some very important details. You will also be asked to sign a Code of Conduct consent form to better explain the rules of the tour, and the areas which are of greatest concern.
Program Acceptance. – ThrillCoaster Tours serves teens from all over the U.S. and other countries. Although ThrillCoaster Tours does not discriminate in their admissions policies on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, national or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, age or disability, the company however, is not a program for those with severe mental, physical or emotional difficulties. I agree to inform ThrillCoaster Tours in writing, before or in conjunction with this Application, of my child’s current or past history of counseling and/or psychological or similar therapy for behavior issues or behavior modification. I understand that I have a continuing obligation to inform ThrillCoaster Tours of any new instance of counseling or therapy occurring after ThrillCoaster Tour’s receipt of this application, but before program departure. ThrillCoaster Tours reserves the right to refuse admission to programs, in appropriate cases.
It is understood by the parent or guardian that this is a supervised tour and, that rules and regulations must be observed by each child. The Director reserves the right to dismiss any child who does not comply with rules and regulations. In such case there will be no refund and parent must pay for all fees for sending the child home. Parents shall be responsible for all medical expenses incurred on behalf of their child. If it becomes necessary to alter the itinerary, accommodations, transportation, or tour staff in any way, such alterations may be made by the directors.
I understand and agree that this Application will be interpreted under the laws of the State of New Jersey. I further agree that the courts of New Jersey shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute and/or controversy of whatsoever nature arising out of or relating to this Application or my/my child’s participation in any ThrillCoaster Tours activity, and that accordingly, any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to any such matter shall be brought in such courts. ThrillCoaster Tours reserves the right to cancel or terminate any tour or this agreement at any time without advanced notice, and ThrillCoaster Tours sole obligation and liability shall be to refund the touring individuals fees paid to ThrillCoaster Tours.
The parent hereby grants permission for ThrillCoaster Tours to use photographs, video- tapes and testimonials for promotional purposes, without recourse and without compensation.
